Weaving together elements of stand-up comedy, physical theatre and Lucas Myers’ trademark brand of observational humor, ROOF stars Dave, a highly successful real estate agent who is living the dream: hot car, smart kids, beautiful wife, unbelievable sound system, designer kitchen, steam shower. Just as he is launching his own self-improvement video series, #HiMyNameIsDave, he discovers major issues with his roof and cracks begin to form in his perfect world. Enter Stevie, a journeyman roofer with aspirations of being a stand up comic, who is the only person capable of dealing with Dave’s narcissistic hyper-vigilance. As they attempt to collaborate on the roof project, Stevie forces Dave to confront his shortcomings and come to terms with what being a good person really means.
